Supports the supervision and instruction of team members, contributes to process efficiency through visual and organizational enhancements, and assists with various duties as determined by workload analysis.

To successfully carry out this position, an individual must be able to perform each key responsibility effectively. The following qualifications represent the necessary knowledge, competencies, and skills. A company-funded background screening is required for handling controlled substances. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not required. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, tell time, and possess the ability to read and write in English.

This position involves working near, monitoring, and manually interacting with a packaging machine that may carry out functions such as filling, labeling, and packing containers. Employees must stand on a 6-inch platform to observe machine operations and use a 3.5-foot ladder to reach machine parts for cleaning. The work is highly repetitive. The environment includes typical packaging/manufacturing noise levels. The machinery contains multiple moving parts and sharp components, requiring careful attention to safety.
