Assists in guiding and instructing staff, contributes to the enhancement of organizational and visual process controls, and supports task execution based on workload assessments.

A company-sponsored background check must be successfully completed to work with controlled substances. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Previous job experience is beneficial but not essential. Must be able to follow instructions, tell time accurately, and possess basic English literacy for reading and writing.

Duties involve working in close proximity to, monitoring, and physically engaging with a packaging machine that may perform tasks such as filling, labeling, and sealing containers. The role requires standing on a 6-inch platform to oversee the machine and using a 3.5-foot ladder for access during cleaning procedures. Work is highly repetitive. The noise level corresponds with a typical packaging or manufacturing setting. Equipment includes numerous moving components and sharp edges, requiring careful handling.
